Print-on-Demand Products
All apparel sold by Stateside Legacy is produced on a print-on-demand basis. Each item is custom made when you place your order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection or buyer's remorse.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
To request a replacement or refund for a defective item:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Sizing Issues
Please review our size guide carefully before ordering. As all items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. If the item is significantly different from the measurements listed in our size guide, please contact us.
Shipping Areas
Stateside Legacy currently ships only within the United States. We do not accept international orders.
